Having worked in the wedding industry for 5 years, I believe in timeless and vibrant beauty. My goal with every wedding is to document it in a way that is ageless and classic for decades to come.
As photography expert, I strive to capture your day in a way that showcases your unique love while also focusing on the candid moments and small details that you chose specifically for this moment.
When you hire me, you are not only gaining a new best friend but you are also getting a seasoned professional. You name it, I have experienced it. Which also means I am prepared for anything.
A veil falls out as the bride walks down the aisle? I will casually slide it to your maid of honor as you take your place next to your groom. Rain clouds moving in to try to ruin your day? I have lighting equipment that makes any indoor space equally as stunning. Uncle Bob trying to make an impromptu speech? I will swiftly tackle him so no one notices.
Choosing a wedding photographer can be overwhelming but my job is to make sure that your day feels smooth, effortless, and filled with love.
How do you photograph weddings?
My shooting style is very energetic when it needs to be but incredibly quiet when I want to sneakily catch a touching moment. I will be the photographer that's constantly cracking jokes, complimenting every guest on how absolutely fabulous they look, and also busting a move on the dance floor. But that is what makes my shooting style so unique. I make everyone around me comfortable enough to pose freely and feel 100% themselves. And it will show in every single photo.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 3 months (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Do you offer different package options?
My weddings start at a base package of everything I would want if I was getting married. You have the option to add to the package and customize it but the standard package is what I have found to be the perfect photography needs for a standard wedding day.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Cincinnati, OH (yes, the home of chili on noodles) and you will never have to ask me twice to travel somewhere! Photographing new locations is secretly one of my favorite types of sessions as I absolutely LOVE the creative juices and challenges that come with it.
If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But I will make sure it is economically smart for all parties.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 600 to 800 fully edited images.
Also note that I am an incredibly tedious editor and will likely be up at 4 a.m. staring at your gallery because two images are almost identical and I can't choose which one I like more. But ultimately if I cannot decide, I will spend the time editing both to add to the gallery. Because to me- you will never be able to get this day back. And if one extra image is going to make it on your wall or in your grandfathers wallet, then it was worth the extra editing time.
are engagement sessions included in your wedding package?
My engagement sessions are independent of my wedding packages.
I found that some couples didn't require an engagement session and I didn't think it was fair to raise my price for something they may not need.
This also means we can do an engagement session prior you officially booking me for your wedding day. Give me a little test run before you make a final decision on who you want to capture your special day.
